Template booking policy (to be reviewed before launch): • Bookings are confirmed on completion and a booking number is issued. • Prices are in Saudi riyals; the total including VAT and fees is shown before confirmation. • With online payment, the room is held temporarily for a limited time to complete payment. • A valid ID is required at check-in. • Special requests are subject to availability.
