Template cancellation policy (to be reviewed before launch): • Each room type has a free cancellation deadline shown before confirmation and in your booking details. • You can cancel free of charge from “Manage booking” before the deadline. • After the deadline, or for non-refundable rates, cancellation requests are reviewed and fees may apply. • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
